Welcome to the Valley Lacrosse Alliance website. VLA is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charitable organization.

Our goal is to encourage and promote leadership, character, and competition through the sport of lacrosse in Central Pierce County and Puyallup Valley area encompassing Fife, Puyallup, Franklin-Pierce, Bethel and Eatonville school districts.

VLA is home to the Puyallup Panthers who play in the WSLA league for High School girls and Youth girls.  The Panthers are a conglomerate girls club comprised of players from all five school districts and have their own website at Puyallup Lacrosse.

Bethel and Graham-Kapowsin High Schools have teams directly associated with the high school. Check with their athletics department to learn more.
